Jiu-Jitsu (ground defense)

Our Ground Defense classes are based from Gracie Style Jiu-Jitsu. This class is designed to develop the skills needed to protect yourself after being taken to the ground. You will learn how to use leverage to counter larger opponents to either escape and get back to your feet or to apply submission techniques while on the ground in various positions.

Jiu Jitsu classes are our focus on Mondays, however Jiu Jitsu techniques are practiced in our other training sessions as well.
